Cloud services used to be complex, time-consuming and very expensive to build. OnApp Cloud was the first cloud platform to combine enterprise-class scalability and resilience with low entry costs, an easy-to-use control panel and a rich feature-set for service providers.  

CDN services used to be extremely expensive to deploy and buy. OnApp CDN is a federated CDN platform for service providers. It enables providers to monetize spare capacity, and build instant global CDNs without investing millions in global infrastructure, or reselling legacy CDNs at wafer-thin margins.
 

Storage used to be incredibly complex and costly. OnApp Storage overcomes the price barriers of enterprise SANs, and the performance, reliability and support issues of cheaper alternatives. It introduces affordable high-performance storage for the first time.
 

A brief timeline...

We launched the first version of our cloud software in July 2010 after two years of development. OnApp Cloud is now the leading platform for cloud service providers, powering an estimated 1 in 3  public clouds around the world.

In August 2011 we launched our second major product line, OnApp CDN, bringing affordable, high-end CDN to service providers for the first time. With 65+ PoPs (and growing) it's already more than twice the size of Amazon CloudFront.

In March 2012 we launched OnApp Storage, bringing the same benefits of low cost and high performance to the storage world. 

OnApp has more than 110 staff at offices in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Our headquarters are in London, UK.
